Licensed Therapist

Jacqueline Soriano, LMHC-D
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with several years of experience providing trauma-informed care and short-term therapy. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
I work with adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and major life transitions. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique story, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help you reconnect with your values, build coping tools, and move toward meaningful change.
Whether you’re working through past trauma, adjusting to new life circumstances, or simply want to feel more grounded and motivated, I’m here to support you in finding balance and self-compassion as you move forward.
